Surah al-Hujurat Surah al-Hujurat di atas terdiri daripada 18 ayat dan ia tergolong daripada surah-surah Madaniyah. 2. Ia diturunkan sesudah surah al-Mujaadilah. 3. Dinamakan 'Al-Hujurat' iaitu bermaksud 'kamar-kamar', bersempena dengan kalimah yang terdapat pada ayat ke-4 dalam surah ini. Make not (a decision) in advance before Allah and His Messenger, and have Taqwa of Allah. Verily, Allah is Hearing, Knowing. 2. O you who believe! Raise not your voices above the voice of the Prophet, nor speak aloud to him in talk as you speak aloud to one another, lest your deeds should be thwarted while you perceive not. 3. Firman Allah Swt.: Sesungguhnya orang-orang yang beriman. (Al-Hujurat: 15) Yaitu yang sempurna iman mereka. hanyalah orang-orang yang beriman kepada Allah dan Rasul-Nya, kemudian mereka tidak ragu-ragu. (Al-Hujurat: 15) Maksudnya, tidak ragu dan tidak bimbang dalam keimanannya.
